Our law firm has deep roots in the local community. Attorney Dale Cooper has practiced law in Livingston County and the surrounding area for more than 30 years. He started the firm from the ground up by assisting clients with general business law needs and with both commercial real estate and residential real estate transactions. Through this practice of helping clients grow and build successful businesses, he gained a great deal of familiarity with local planning boards and municipalities throughout the southeastern Michigan area, as well as a valuable understanding of the process for seeing a residential or commercial real estate development project through from beginning to end. As our firm has grown and prospered, additional attorneys have joined the firm, bringing with them knowledge and experience in varied areas of the law.

Worldwide Experience

Attorney Catherine Riesterer's legal career began with one of the largest law firms in the state. In time, the legal skills, talent, and consistent excellence she demonstrated in her work brought her recognition and appreciation when she was named assistant general counsel for the Domino's Pizza Corporation's International Division. While there, she helped Domino's expand successfully into more than 50 new markets worldwide. Family ties eventually brought her back to this community, but the exceptional experience she gained in business law, franchising, and development while at Domino's now provides our clients with invaluable benefits.
